Who makes your products?

All our designs are created by Oh Posies Collective, featuring original artwork and thoughtfully reimagined vintage illustrations sourced from the public domain. We carefully restore and enhance these pieces to give them new life with a modern twist.

Once designed, our products are printed on demand by our fulfillment team using ethical production practices and shipped from the location closest to you, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

This means that your items are made especially for you. Producing on demand helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making mindful purchases!

What does it mean to use public domain art?

Public domain means that the artwork is no longer under copyright, so it’s free for anyone to use, adapt and share. It's like a library of cultural treasures that belong to everyone.

At Oh Posies Collective, we don’t just copy and paste: we carefully restore, remix and reimagine these illustrations, blending them with our own design work to give them a fresh take. This way, they get a new life with a modern twist.

So, while some people might wonder if it’s “stealing”, it’s actually the opposite: it’s honoring timeless art and transforming it into something different that you can enjoy today.

Are your products sustainable?

Absolutely! We’re all about bold expression and responsible production.
Every piece is made-to-order, cutting down on waste and dodging the fast fashion mess. We partner with print pros who prioritize eco-friendly printing, packaging, and materials.

Can you make custom products?

Yes! We offer custom color and text adjustments on any non-vintage artwork for a small additional cost.

Simply email us with the design and details of your request, and we’ll work together to create something uniquely yours.

What are digital downloads?

Digital downloads are printable wall art you can buy to instantly decorate your space. You'll receive high-quality files in 25+ sizes, ready to print at home or professionally. No waiting or shipping costs.

Do I have to wait for digital downloads?

Nope! Our printable wall art collection is available for instant download. No shipping, just click and print.

Can I get a refund on digital products?

All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable due to their nature.

How are your products priced?

You are paying for original, small-batch designs made to order using sustainable and ethical methods. We price fairly for quality, intention, and ethical production.

Prices include VAT for customers in Europe. For customers located outside the European Union, no VAT is applied on products in accordance with Portuguese and EU VAT rules for exports of goods and international services.

How are discounts calculated on your store?

We only show discounts (e.g. crossed-out prices) if the product was sold at the original price for a meaningful period, usually at least 30 days. This helps ensure our pricing is fair and transparent for everyone.

All compare-at prices reflect real previous prices, not inflated ones.

Ordering

Why is there no tax added to my order?

All product prices include VAT where applicable in Europe.

For customers located outside the European Union, no VAT will be applied on products in accordance with Portuguese and EU VAT rules for exports of goods and international services.

Will I pay extra fees on delivery for my order outside Europe?

We work with trusted production partners with global fulfillment centers including in the USA, Canada, Europe and Australia.

So this means that most orders are made and shipped locally, reducing delivery times and avoiding customs or import fees in most cases.

In some rare cases, depending on the product, destination, or regional stock availability, your order may ship from a neighbouring country. If that happens, your local customs office may apply duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges, if any, are the customer’s responsibility.

Will I pay extra fees on delivery for my order in Europe?

No, prices include VAT. You won’t pay any additional taxes or fees on delivery if you order in Europe.

An international transaction fee was charged on my order, what is it?

International transaction fees (or foreign transaction fees) might be charged to you by your bank or credit card issuer if you're an international customers, even when your credit card is charged in your local currency.

For example, if you are a customer in Canada and place an order on our store based in Portugal, then your bank might still apply an international transaction fee even if your credit card was charged in CAD.

These fees vary and are set and collected by your bank or credit card issuer, they aren't controlled by Oh Posies in any way. If you are an international customers, you can reach out to your bank or credit card issuer to learn more about these fees.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes but only if we receive your request before your order enters production. Orders often begin fulfillment within a few hours, so please contact us by email as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production starts, we can't make changes or cancellations.

Can I make a change if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you made a mistake in your shipping address, let us know immediately! As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update the address. Orders typically enter fulfillment within a few hours, so the sooner you reach out, the better we can help.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from various fulfillment centers around the world. Your order will be produced on demand and shipped from the fulfillment center closest to your location to ensure faster delivery and reduced emissions.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, there are a few exceptions due to logistics or safety concerns. Check the full list in our Shipping Policy.

How much will shipping cost?

We offer transparent, weight-based shipping rates with no surprise fees. So you only pay for what it costs to ship, not a flat “one-size-fits-all” price. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your total order weight and free shipping for larger orders.

Special low-cost option:
If your order contains only stickers or greeting cards (up to 5 total), you’ll get our lowest possible rate: just €2.99 in Europe/UK or €3.99 in USA/Canada.

We ship using a global network of trusted print-on-demand fulfillment centers. Your order is produced on demand and shipped from the closest location to you, helping reduce emissions and delivery times, minimize customs issues, and keep your shipping cost fair and accurate.

Do I pay shipping if I buy stickers only?

We offer low-cost shipping just for stickers or greeting cards:

  1. €2.99 for up to 5 stickers or greeting cards in Europe and the UK
  2. €3.99 for up to 5 stickers greeting cards in USA and Canada

This keeps small orders affordable and sassy! If you're combining stickers or greeting cards with other types of products, your order will follow our standard shipping rates based on total weight.

Your order will also follow our standard shipping rates if you order more than 5 stickers or greeting cards.

Do I pay shipping if I buy greeting cards only?

We offer low-cost shipping just for greeting cards or stickers:

  1. €2.99 for up to 5 stickers or greeting cards in Europe and the UK

How long will my order take to arrive?

All items are made-to-order and orders are typically fulfilled within 3-7 days of receipt. While this may take a bit longer than mass-produced goods, it ensures less waste and a more intentional approach to production.

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Europe: 3–10 business days
  • UK: 4–10 business days
  • US: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 6–15 business days
  • International: 8–20 business days

Delivery times may be slightly longer during busy seasons (like holidays or Pride month) or due to carrier delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience!

Will I get tracking info?

Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order ships.

Some products may ship separately if fulfilled from different facilities. You’ll receive tracking for each part of your order. 

Will my order be in separate shipments?

To ensure your items arrive quickly and in perfect condition, our fulfillment team often ship each product from the fulfillment center that specializes in it. That means your shirt, mug, and poster may ship separately, but it also means faster delivery and fair shipping rate.

So if your order has different types of products, it's normal to sometimes receive them in multiple shipments.

Are customs or taxes included?

Our production team ships from multiple international locations. While most orders avoid customs or import fees, some countries may apply them. These charges, if they occur, are your responsibility. More details on these charges here

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over €69.99 in Europe, UK, USA and Canada.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Refunds & returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all items are printed on demand specifically when ordered, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse. Please check size guides carefully before buying. More details in our Shipping and returns page.

But if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us, we"ll do our best to make you satisfied.

What should I do if my order is wrong or damaged?

We’re so sorry your order is wrong or arrived damaged. If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you.

To help us resolve this for you quickly, contact us within a week after receiving your order with photos of the product, your order number and any other details you have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Why is my product slightly different than expected?

In rare cases, if your selected item is out of stock, we may fulfill your order with a comparable product of equal or higher quality. This helps avoid delays and ensures you still receive a great product.

Do you refund sale items?

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final.
