Where do you ship from?

Our products are printed and shipped from various fulfillment centers all over the world. This helps us get your order to you faster and reduce shipping distances. They will ship from the closest place to you to reduce emissions and so that your order can arrive quicker.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer transparent, weight-based shipping rates with no surprise fees. So you only pay for what it costs to ship, not a flat “one-size-fits-all” price. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your total order weight and free shipping for larger orders.

Special low-cost option:
If your order contains only stickers or greeting cards (up to 5 total), you’ll get our lowest possible rate: just €2.99 in Europe/UK or €3.99 in USA/Canada.

We ship using a global network of trusted print-on-demand fulfillment centers. Your order is produced on demand and shipped from the closest location to you, helping reduce emissions and delivery times, minimize customs issues, and keep your shipping cost fair and accurate.

Note: Some items are packaged and shipping separately by our fulfillment team to keep them safe and in good shape during shipping. Others might be sent from different fulfillment centers, so they'll arrive in separate packages. If your order has different types of products, it's normal to receive them in multiple shipments. You’ll always see shipping costs clearly before confirming your order.

Custom, duties and taxes
We work with trusted production partners with fulfillment centers all over the world, so this means that most orders are made and shipped locally, reducing delivery times and avoiding customs or import fees in most cases.

In some rare cases, depending on the product, destination, or regional stock availability, your order may ship from a neighbouring country. If that happens, your local customs office may apply duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and Oh Posies has no control over them.


How long will it take to receive my order?

All items are made-to-order and shipped directly to you. This might take a little longer than mass-produced goods, but it also means less waste and more intention. Thank you for supporting slow, thoughtful, small-batch creation! ♥

Shipping time varies depending on your location and the items in your order. Here’s a rough estimate:

  • Europe: 3–10 business days (some items may take up to 20 days)
  • United Kingdom: 4–10 business days
  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 6–15 business days
  • International: 8–20 business days (some remote areas may take longer)

Please note: Production and delivery times may be slightly longer during busy seasons (like holidays or Pride month), we appreciate your patience!

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). Some shipping methods may not include tracking depending on the destination.

Some products may ship separately if fulfilled from different facilities. You’ll receive tracking for each part of your order. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over €69.99 in Europe, UK, USA and Canada.


Where do you ship?

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries!

However, we do not currently ship to a small number of regions where fulfillment is not reliable or where we cannot safely serve our community. This includes all countries in Africa, and specific regions such as: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Belarus, China, Cuba, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.

We hope to expand our shipping range in the future and we’re always advocating for safer and more supportive global access.

Which countries are included in each shipping zone above?

🇪🇺 Europe & UK: Includes all European countries (except Faroe Islands), plus the United Kingdom.
🇺🇸 USA & 🇨🇦 Canada: Includes the United States (except Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau and U.S. Virgin Islands) and Canada.
🌐 Remote regions:
Includes countries or areas that may be subject to special shipping terms or higher shipping fees due to remoteness or logistical challenges: Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Aruba, Barbados, Cayman Islands, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Cook Islands, Curaçao, Falkland Islands, Faroe Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Greenland, Grenada, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Montserrat, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Norfolk Island, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, St. Kitts & Nevis, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, St. Vincent & Grenadines, Tokelau, Tonga, Turks & Caicos Islands, Tuvalu, U.S. Outlying Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Vanuatu, British Virgin Islands, Wallis & Futuna.

Returns, exchanges and refunds.

Returns

Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • ordering the wrong size or color
  • changing your mind after the order is placed

Please refer to size guides and product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Please note that digital downloads are final sales due to their nature and can't be returned or refunded.

Order issues & defects

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ve got you covered. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund if:

  • the print is misaligned, faded, or clearly defective
  • the item is damaged in transit
  • you receive the wrong item (wrong size, color, or product)

We do not cover customer errors in ordering (wrong size, color, or shipping info) or minor variations in print placement or color due to the nature of print-on-demand production.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the order (or expected delivery date) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. To report an issue, email us as soon as possible at hello@ohposies.com with your order number, clear photos of the item and the problem and a short description of the issue.

Refunds & exchanges

If eligible, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days after your claim is approved. Refunds will go directly to your original payment method.

Replacements are produced and shipped like a new order, typically within 2–7 business days, plus shipping time.

In most cases, we do not require returns for damaged or defective items, just clear photo proof. If a return is requested, we’ll provide the appropriate return address based on the fulfillment location where your item was made (such as the US or EU).

However, if something isn't right, don't hesitate to reach out, we'll do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 


Under EU law, you generally have the right to return most products within 14 days of receiving them. However, custom products, including print-on-demand items, are exempt from this rule. Since our products are personalized or made-to-order specifically for you, they do not fall under the standard 14-day cooling-off period. So we can refund your custom item only if it's the wrong product, defective or damaged.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sales.


Pricing policy

Our prices reflect:

  • High-quality print-on-demand products made to order just for you
  • Original, emotionally resonant designs created with care and community in mind
  • Fair wages and ethical production

We aim our prices to be accessible while still respecting the value of design, labor, and sustainability. Some designs may be priced a bit higher to reflect the time and creativity involved.

Currency may vary based on your location. All product prices include VAT where applicable in Europe. For customers located outside the European Union, no VAT (taxes) will be applied on products in accordance with Portuguese and EU VAT rules for exports of goods and international services. 

However, in some rare occasions, taxes or import fees may be charged upon delivery in your country if you are outside of Europe. See above in the Custom, duties and taxes section for more information.
